We are very active in consulting, arranging and conducting Plant Liquidations and Auction Sales on a national as well as worldwide scale. We purchase entire plants for liquidation or sale as ongoing businesses and work jointly with established industrial auctioneers when prudent.
We will purchase assets outright for cash; we will sell on a straight commission basis; or we will structure a guarantee arrangement, wherein we will guarantee a fixed amount with a division of proceeds in excess of the guarantee.

We are involved in every phase of the liquidation / auction
operation, from pre-sale preparation and planning, production of
printed advertising materials and marketing, all the way through
the post-sale collection of receipts and payment of applicable
sales taxes, to supervising removal of sold items and job-site
clean-up. The client is presented with a detailed accounting of all
receipts and expenses with prompt settlement.
