Overview |
At Roskelley Machinery Corporation, we have an AMEA Certified Equipment Appraiser on staff. The importance of clearly understanding equipment values has never been greater than in today's highly competitive market. We provide accurate, confidential, and timely appraisals for many business needs. We take several factors into account when evaluating a piece of equipment, including manufacturer, make and model, year of manufacture, condition, accessories and optional equipment, market demand, market availability, obsolescence and current economic conditions. In-place valuations may include costs of transportation, rigging, foundation, installation, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic connections, etc. The fees charged for our appraisal services are NOT based on a percentage of the reported values. Rather, they are based on the amount of research involved, plus any travel or necessary expenses. We appraise equipment located throughout North America and can arrange for appraisal of assets overseas as well. Now you can have peace of mind that you are obtaining a current
and correct evaluation of your machinery and related equipment. We
sign our name to it. |

Equipment?

AMEA Appraiser Benefits |
When you contract for a machinery appraisal with a member of the
Association of Machinery and
Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), you know you are dealing with an
accredited or certified appraiser whose profession is machinery and
equipment. AMEA members have earned the right to display the AMEA
seal and formulate reliable values of machinery on a daily
basis. AMEA Appraisers are required to pass examinations and participate in on-going education and training, a qualification many other companies cannot match. AMEA appraisers are involved in the buying and selling of used
machinery. This professional activity in the machinery and
equipment marketplace gives AMEA appraisers first hand
understanding of the dynamic economic swings in the industry which
influence machinery values. |
